My theory for today's trading is that one individual holding a lot of shares is selling their stock to purchase private placement. Papa nasty knows as well as I do that this sort of thing has happened dozens of times with Baltia. They use the negative movement in stock to find an opportune time to get a very massive discount on private placement, then they sell their shares once they are guaranteed a fraction of a penny.
I bet you it went something like this: the investor got a call from Baltia, and whoever made the call said "we'll give you private placement for a fraction of a penny" and the investor took advantage of the opportunity. I bet you for every share he/she sold today, he/she will get at least two shares in PP.
52 million shares x .011/share (average transaction today) = ~$572,000
That's about 6 weeks of financing for Baltia's operations.
Make sense?
