Substance is irrelevant while trading under the D. Only people who want their shares so they can try to sell really care right now and they could have sold last week so there is really nothing to grumble about.

It is my opinion that Mark is beginning to set the table for when there is free trading again. (Still 15 days away) All of the issues you mentioned mean nothing to trading right now and honestly mean nothing for 90% of the stocks trading in the seedy underbelly of the penny stock world. 

Sorry if that is a bit blunt but I bought into a 1 in a million chance with TYTN(because it is a pinky)and I am personally satisfied with those odds.
