This is how they fund. When they need money...they allow folks to repurchase PP shares. When this window is opened, those with ripe shares sell theirs > .01 and repurchase at .005.

Once they have what they need for repacking and admin during that time, the selling will stop as they will stop selling PP shares. The PPS will again rise at that point.
