i haven't seen that banner, but lately i've notice a few CBD companies and others stores i've went to online are following me around to every online site i go to with ads and banners, we all might be seeing diffrent banners connected to sites we have visited. bought something on ebay the other day and that product is being advertised on half the sites i visit since my purchase, custom made for me. every time i go to ihub GRCU two ads on that page for CBD from another company show up, i went to that site a month ago and that ad follow me like a stalker everywhere i go
