$TXHD - LeadBox works with approximately 5000 Health Clubs. LeadBox will be helping to enroll Health Clubs on a monthly basis in this program at a fee of $99-$199 per club per month plus add-on benefits starting on April 15, 2015 until all clubs under their umbrella are enrolled.
