If these things are true (which would be pretty ridiculous and crazy!!), then we would definitely need a plan in place for the building because according to financials and records it has put us into some hefty debt. Since we don't own the property, we can't sell it. We can't just let Jim take it over and own it...that would be ludicrous. Hopefully there will be a plan in place for that, based on your below.
