Well, I would guess those naysayers who post about legal matters before anyone else knows are a combination of people who are involved in the lawsuits against PTOI and people who look up information on PACER.
However PTOI has a monopoly on all information about PTOI. None of the skeptics will ever get that information first. You'll definitely have to admit that information from the company regularly finds its way to these message boards...and like ThePennyGuru's post, it's always untraceable because those like ThePennyGuru who disseminate the information end up becoming firewalls.
