I think they could re-engage in judicial review, but probably for something different. Not sure how the Canadian system works in that regard.

But to your other point, if the license was a possible outcome, it seems strange the quote would say "the decision not to grant a license to CEN Biotech was not a negotiation.."...it sounds very definitive in that it refused to give it out.


I really want to hear what the company has to say about it all.
