Well, my impression that seeing faces "butted up against the window" meant the video was likely inside the office otherwise it might be less notable...and I would guess a third party might not know Mr. Seneca nor Ms. Elsley...or at least not be so excited about seeing them that they would show the video to others where those others would excitedly notify even more people.
