the reality is we will not know how all these "plannings", that TECO has said to do, would be implemented/executed and give any meaningful results, for another 6 months.
Until then, some MFers will keep hammering this stock with "NEGATIVE" gross trades.
How would any broker houses allow "NEGATIVE" gross trade to happen?
