So the director has given his ok for Interstellar on Ultraflix. That's pretty good news, and it will surely attract new clients, and hopefully new investors. Let's hope they deliver on time.
On the other hand, it is just one movie, albeit an Oscar winner from last year.
The question arrises what people will do when they have seen it in 4K on UF, as there isn't a whole lot of other A-list movies, and certainly not recent ones.
I am very pleased that they have Interstellar, but it would have been better to have more of this sort of content, not necessarily Oscar winners. More content is needed, and I would have preferred 50 less recent movies than just the one from last year.
Better have 50 @ $5 in stead of 1 @ $10 ( or even more ?).
Anyway, it's another major step in the right direction.
Still waiting for the other announcements to come before the end of the month.
We're not out of the woods yet, by far.
