national engineering co. 8k'd and *articulating* intent re: P2O
indy BoD doing their onsite DD of all aspects P2O
AGM either held by mgmt (June) or postponed so indy BoD can be seated
and then voted upon via 2015's AGM

just a reminder >> and why i so like where aspects stand

we will all know what is what >> if RH doesn't seat an indy BoD by mid summer

in which case my expectation is P2O gets sold ..
price tag (which i use 150M I/O for) of prior 300M$ or 600M$
is now 1.2B (8.00 pps) or with *multiple interest* as high as 2B (13.33 pps)

any way it's sliced RH will only have *leverage* with first sales consummated

i don't think a sale of P2O is primary in P2O's mind these days .. but i will never rule out the possibility it gets presented to *actual* investors ..
