I believe the 14 million will include not only the Site 1 buildout but the also the purchase and build out of Site 2, the purchase of the house that is now a part of Site 1, possibly other properties and houses, the reengineering needed to speed up the build out of Site 1 at HC's request, the ongoing expenses of security and utilities and so on.

It's my belief of this 14 million, 4 to 5 million came from Bill's selling of shares and the rest was monies from the original 20 million dollar loan prior to the new deal made.
