VFIN can work for anyone .. If VFIN is showing 10,000 shares for sale but actually selling hundreds of thousands through though the course of the day according to prophecy then they are diluting ..
lots of times it's just retail.. MM (any MM) is sitting on the ask while huge volume is coming in and they just keep selling...that's not retail
