As I stated in my previous message, you have no idea what kind of technology is inside the building so get over your contractor self. All you can see is a large building, and I bet the building itself didn't cost 14million dollars, but do you know how much the 2000 lb safe cost? or the security system that you know nothing about? how about and lights, filters, ventilation systems, sanitary precautions, or any other equipment that made it into the building? You really know nothing of this, and no "contractor experience" can give you the insight as to how much it cost to outfit the abyss that is the inside of the building.
