I was showed a couple of surveillance videos that were taken in Sept. or Oct. that I would like to share the info about them with you people.
One video shows Sandra and Seneca with their faces butted right up to the windows at the office on Allanport Road. They sure looked weird in the video. While both were looking in Seneca was snapping photos of the inside.
They proceeded across the street to the waste plant and Seneca snapped more photos while Sandra face was butted up to the window.
Down to the blending site they went and the gate prevented them from entering .While there it shows Seneca texting .The person with the video showed me time frames of Seneca texting and photos. This person that had the videos went on the message board right away while Seneca is texting and low and behold Arvitar posted pictures at same time.


Sandra was donned with red pants and blouse. she had a red white and blue scarf around her neck. Steve was dressed in white jacket or shirt with white or beige pants.(hard to distinguished). The vehicle was white.

Kind of funny that Elsley and Seneca are in cahoots. How many aliases do these 2 have? How about their friends and family.
