It seems as though many people question the 14 million dollars spent on the facility. (On liehub)
Here's the reality: Read the judicial review filing. It states plain as day that CEN spent 14 million on the facility.
That filing is supported with sworn affidavits from all members of the company.
Everything in that filing is sworn to be true under the penalty of perjury.
