I can agree with that. The ESS deal was a complete surprise to everyone and it can still fall apart.
I believe that once a grant roles in and the tax credits are sold the pps will start to stabilize, if you can add that with revenue from Lympro or MS precise or even a partnership the stock could skyrocket.
