The mini is a phase 3 part of a 4 phase cert process. They have PRed moving to the next phases as they have gone. Does anyone know what marks the completion of phase 3, is it the passed mini? Or completed proving flights? Even if they are holding off on a PR of specifics like passing the Mini, I would anticipate a simple PR saying so when they have moved into phase 4.
