Good point, which I must admit I don't have the answer to. It may be that there's a difference in regard to failing with defective slides, vs crew deficiencies

I would also like to point out that it was mentioned that Baltia would be ready for proving flights approximately 36 hours after a successful Mini. I BELIEVE it was also suggested by someone (I couldn't find the post to verify) that Baltia may wait to PR both simultaneously.
