Wow, chp, I respectfully disagree as always with you. The point of the .05 financing was that it facilitated the company's revenue streams and increased its chances for success. Whether it's Facebook, Google or even SCRC, private placement is absolutely legitimate and extremely commonplace. Most who know nothing, know that fact. It's just not that complicated, and talk about water under the bridge or that train has long since left the station, yesterday's news, done deal, etc.. Thanks.
