Yes, I see the catalyst mentioned in the agreement. It's making a comeback, apparently.
Initially the company was launched with no processors but with the world's best catalyst. Then Mr. Bordynuik developed, the "world's most technologically advanced and efficient piece of machinery in the emerging plastic to oil market."
So there should be nothing standing in PTOI's way with both of those technological marvels.
Still, I would advocate that investors demand an answer as to what type of results PTOI has achieved with the process and catalyst, the HTF, and all of the other breakthroughs PTOI has made in the field. In other words, with all of PTOI's development, can they demonstrate any situation where what comes out of the processor is worth more than what correspondingly went into the processor??

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
