master has been doing so since 2009
the key (as always) pertains to targeted OTC co.s
ability to *survive* masters' attn
master should focus on *current* DD re: P2O's *tech* and what is *up*
with national engineering co. and Eco's >> backers
that has to be ignored to suit >> it blows 6 years' aggregate efforts
to smithereens
