I recently spoke with one of the principals in the "complaint" and he told me they expect to end up suing both the SEC and David shit-for-brains Hallin.
The claims are baseless and will soon be proven so.

The only thing we need to worry about is the price of oil and that is a concern of all oil producing companies... both large and small.
