Yes, that is the fee. However that fee goes up once you pass their cap.
IE... 1000k shares might cost you a commissions fee of $10.00 but once you exceed that amount that commissions fee goes up.
Lets say you buy 3000 at one time. Your trade or commission fee might be something like $16.95
You have to test it for yourself @ your trade cost and bust out the math that works best for you for the amount you are looking to buy at any one time. You just might find it's cheaper to place two 10k orders than it would be to buy 20k at one time.
