the worst thing about these co's is the failure of their duty to keep holders informed when they often know for a long time where this is headed-
and often as here disappear without even the courtesy of a PR
bashers didnt have foresight other than the majority of these things fail which is why they target these co's for shorting
and call all such 'scams' because of a court decision which said the use of the word 'scam' and 2 other things was protected as a 1st amendment OPINION [ not fact]
thats why the shorting cartels repeatedly call every stock they target a 'scam', besides the very purposeful subliminal manipulation aspect
