IDK...
I come up with about 200 Million with a Merger of
TORQ, PTEL, ENTI and a Gray Market IPO ready NASDAQ Ready
and provided the TORQ shares are ever released
I would think with Mr P shares, the 1.469 Billion Carrie shares and the 504 ENTI shares that you could take care of the 2.5 Billion with some signatures...
Though someone would have to eat all 1.35 Billion left at ENTI and about 117 Million here at DUTV...provided a signature covers most of the 2.5 Billion...
There might be just enough with the right price ???
