most of the *crew* (both sides) have issues even with all those *aliases*

PRO side did their job in handing off an orchestrated stock in Dec 2009
CON side *failied* with initial hand off in Jan 2010 due to one teeny tiny little *reality*
re: PTOI's certs accessible

the joy of a limited stock board is *new* >> old aliases stick out like a sore thumb
and can be dispatched accordingly

shall we discuss why the CON side has failed since 2010 re: P2O?
