I'm saying that a group put out that pump last week hoping to sell their shares off and buy lower again except that the pump sucked and pps didn't go high enough to make what they wanted so now they're on to the second part of the plan which is to pick up shares again. Most of the 17mil volume that day was in the low to mid 4's and pps didn't move which means someone was selling. They can't make any quick money buying them back at .004 so they keep the wall up along with hitting the bid and other tactics and pps sinks enough to reload.
Of course I think there are multiple things in play here that are having a negative impact on pps but that's my theory on that one and I'm sticking to it lol
