NASDAQ ready is in Gray Market at .002 IPO prep so they say. So anything can happen to pps
DUTV is @ .0009 if you have a principle taking 1.25 Billion and another at 1.25 Billion restructured into the TORQ shares at 150:1. That gives you what ??? 2 ss reductions ??? Pps ??? has to be in the .25- $1 range...
Lets say $1 merged with NASDAQ ready @.002 is what $.50
Delaware isn't it a 1:1 Merger state ???
Just have to F/S the 20.4 Million SS NASDAQ ready to fit 50-100 Million shares ???
Isn't PTEL at 20.215 Million with 100 Million authorized ???
