Mr. P had what 900 Million of the 1.29 Billion ???
Suggests to me Mr P owns the majority of the 167 Million TORQ shares???
activity log states 1000000 DUTV : 7000 PTEL that is about 150:1
and 2.5 Billion / 150 = 166.6666 Million shares...
2.5 Billion also would represent about a 50% reduction in ss...
Problem I see is someone over sold those 167 Million shares thinking they would be released...
At some point imo... the shit hits the fan @ $$$DUTV$$$
