Why is Gerald CEO?
Has he garnered any non-dilutive financing? No.
Has he persuaded Big Pharma to use LymPro? No.
Has his guidance & forecasts to shareholders been accurate? No.
So why is Gerald our CEO? Because his Dad discovered MANF and Gerald used his football money to buy the company on the cheap.
That may have been a wise move on Gerald's part back then, but are his credentials really what Amarantus needs to take us to the next level? I just don't think so. I don't think he has the necessary credibility in either the scientific or capital worlds.
Just because we have some qualified people sitting on our Scientific Advisory Board doesn't mean they are working on our behalf on a daily basis. They are there for consultation. I think we've made too much of their influence. Gerald is the main guy.....and I think his performance over the past 1.5 years suggests he is in over his head.
