I was thinking on that...
If you hook up with a NASDAQ ready I would assume cover would have to be made within 30-60 day. Because at .50 you can refile for the NASDAQ..
Strange that NASDAQ ready talked about is at 20 Million shares as is PTEL as are I believe the class A issue here ?
Direction IDK...interesting though ? Maybe a 2-3 way piggyback ?
