Excellent news BUT there isn't nothing like the real thing, namely, completion of the merger/joint ventures where CAPITAL/FUNDING is required by ICTY!   This PR is a step in right direction. And oh, the best part of the PR: " these acquisitions will bring considerable value to ICTY."  Once daytraders and shorts go away, this is an easy DOUBLE, imo.!
