So you actually invested $160k. All I can say is that I truly wish that you get your money back, or at least most of it. I cannot rejoice in the fact that you have lost so much money. Regarding buying or selling shares, I cannot advise you as to what is the top or the bottom; all I have is a trading strategy that has only failed when I do not follow it, which was the case with NTEK.
For your information, I still have some millions of shares where I have seen their value evaporate (in the hundreds of thousand) because I broke my own trading rules. The only difference is that I bought them in late 2012 and early 2013 as opposed to late 2013,and I sell a portion of it. So I'm just as frustrated as you are, specially with the new CEO, even though he has a clean curriculum vitae, or so it seems. I have voiced my disappointment in the other board.
If I was a pumper as you implied, I would have thousands of NTEK posts in my profile, and yet there are only 515 in 28 months (about 18 per month); I think I don't qualify as a pumper. I just like to protect my investment by backing it up.
I'm still not convinced NTEK is a scam yet, but when I do I'll definitely file a lawsuit. Having traded so many OTC stocks, it doesn't makes sense to me that they survived for two years with only 740M shares when we know about stocks that have burnt hundreds of millions shares in just one day. I have also visited their locations in San Jose and San Francisco. Again, I will stay around to see what happens.
