Morning to you Lyon.  Hey, I've answered that one before, and I'm happy to do it again.

Therma-Med does not have a Transfer Agent.  Therma-Med is locked by DTCC.  So, a reverse split isn't in the cards any longer.  They can't do it.

I still think that history could have repeated itself and Therma-Med could have dilluted itself like it has in the past and then reverse split like it has 3 times in the past.  But, thankfully for the DTCC lock, that can't happen.  That's why I'm happy that DTCC is keeping an eye on things for us investors.  Without the lock, I think Therma-Med would have carried on just as it has in the past.
