I'm not a fan of idiots who invest in a company with an excess of that figure and claim to be a long.. if they haven't done their dd on the reasons for said share structure.

So why would you do that?... Do some dd on the pipeline and get your thoughts right. Don't add to the whiners' griping on this board.
