STATESVILLE, N.C., April 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bebida Beverage Company (OTC markets: BBDA) (BeBevCo), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of liquid relaxation products, announced today that Bella Luna Beverages, LLC based in Tucson, Arizona. Bella Luna will become a Master Distributor for BeBevCo in Arizona and Nevada for BeBevCo's Brands. Bella Luna will also be responsible for sales and have marketing control as well as thresholds set for the growing brand, KOMA Unwind Liquid relaxation product.

"While we have made extensive progress in the eastern U.S., we have set our sights on building out our distribution in the western U.S. There are a lot of big markets in the west and we intend to put just as much effort into places like Arizona, Nevada and California that we have been putting into the eastern part of the country," said BeBevCo CEO Brian Weber.
