squeaky wheel gets Finra's attn re: back room queries (observations)
every P2O investor needs to be *aware* and file a complaint when bypassed
there is nothing remotely *normal* about PTOI's *trading* these days
curious to see how *entities* >> handle >> next round >> specifically
if another cert is accessed *offshore* as was *imo* in October 2014
when *back to back days of volume* rivaled 1.4 and 1.5 .. 2012
of course the difference in 2012 was that *volume* was done in the pps range
of 2.25 to 75c to 1.35c .. vs all at approx 6c to 7c (2014)
that and retails' ability to *track* via ATS Dark Pool Data (albeit 4 weeks in
arrears) in 2014 ..
