It is reported that a Federal Judge is loath to fly I the face of an expert witness who claims to have special knowledge of a particular situation. The true definition of an expert witness is any one from out of town who is carrying a briefcase. I give to you Dr. Phil who appears to be an expert witness in everything under the sun. A very rich expert witness I might add. I do admire Dr. Phil but he is so full of doo-doo that his eyes are brown, as are Canada's expert witnesses.
