Answer the question Dave. Tell us how management is immune from the ravages of dilution because of their millions of options. You made the statement, so let's see if any critical thought went into it. Sounds to me like an excuse to whine about the share price based on no research or facts. Are their shares not affected by excessive dilution as our shares? Just because they own more shares is not an excuse. You make that same lame claim regarding anyone with more shares than you.
Also tell us how a proportional RS affects management's options if that becomes necessary to uplist, and how exactly they are immune from the same treatment the rest of us will encounter in that scenario.
You made the statement. Please, explain or retract. Thank you.
Why would you think many longs are re-evaluating their investment this weekend? More critical analysis on your part? All the longs I communicate with are maintaining a positive outlook based on what has happened within the company over the last year, and some are buying more at these bargain prices. One person's panic, fear and uncertainty is another person's opportunity. It's smart to understand which group you're in.
