That's where I'm unsure too. They definitely requested disclosure of info on the 3rd. It was my guess that this was a request to see evidence that HC did in fact respond with the "Notice of Appearance" on Feb 26th.
Then they filed another request on the 13th asking for any and all files from HC relating to Cen Biotech.
It is my understanding that these two filings are for different purposes.
So is it pretty much a 10 day window to comply with all requests?
