India whose ca pop of 1.25 B will surpass Chinas ca 1.32 B pop in next 10 years or so knows it will need its own ore in the future and I'm sure they have watched as China desperately seeks worldwide for the ore it needs-and doesnt want to be in China's shoes in 20 years.
