I personally don't subscribe to the philosophy that a person hasn't gained or lost until he or she has sold. My personal belief is that it's about the value of assets you possess and the option a person has to immediately sell the stock. Where a person started is also mostly irrelevant. All else being equal and discounting taxes, a person who purchased 100,000 shares of PTOI at $0.05 is identical to a person who purchased 100,000 shares of PTOI at $5.00.
If you follow your 'lock in' philosophy further, then even after you've sold PTOI and are holding money you still aren't ahead or behind. After all, the money represents value and you need to trade that money for goods and services to really 'lock in' otherwise you're just holding worthless money.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
