Yet not 'chump change' Heddle or P20 could come up with to settle with Seneca.
It appears that P2O no longer even has 'chump change'.
Nor is Heddle any longer willing to loan it 'chump change'.
Heddle would rather make Seneca a major creditor who has control over certain aspects of P2O's future.
