Well duh. Why would anyone care about Seneca if they don't give a rip about:

- The string of dozens of lies used to defraud investors over the last six years.

- The two actions against the company and its founder for fraud, by two independent regulatory agencies in two different countries.

- The 99% decline in share price.

- The inability of the company to find a single independent person to join its BOD after three years of trying.

- The accumulated loss of $65,000,000.00, while at the same time John Bordynuik made millions of dollars in compensation and sales of shares

- or any of the other several dozen issues that would be deal-killers for normal investors.


All that matters are the "embedded signals" in the 3rd decimal places of trades on L2.
