Bordynuik admitted to selling the 850,000 shares between August and Dec of 2012.
The 'dolts' handed down the enforcement action and fines in June of 2013.
But let's just say Bordynuik is psychic.

Looks like Bordynuik ended up with over $1,000,000 still stuffed in his pockets from dumping all those shares and 'not taking a loss until you sell".
