“Nathan Yoder” PSRU being sold to Nathan Yoder Supposedly, whoever that is?
The agreement states that PSRU is being traded for exchange of $100,000 Cleared of debt that MNGG occurred from Mr. Yoder. Paying off Yoder with the “controlling Shares”, operative word being “Controlling Shares”
The jury is still out on this entire thing, I recommend proceeding with EXTREME CAUTION. Because until Mr. Yoder is named the official Sole Director, in writing, and Natrio no longer the CEO, in writing, this could be yet another ruse.
