im pretty sure it's a combo of a negative Mod and Smelly, mods don't have much power on the clowns site, just TOS their ar$e and request review if you feel it's not TOS but if they don't like you they will most likely ignore or you'll have smarty pants responses by a Bozo ADMIN.
