Back with the PIPE (2011?) where the PIPE investors demanded that Mr. Bordynuik elect an independent board of directors within a year, I said back then those PIPE investors were naive because the terms didn't have any teeth and, additionally, the PIPE investors didn't demand a registration statement for their restricted shares. I don't know where Mr. Bordynuik found that group of investors for the PIPEs but they weren't very experienced.
So here we are years later and there's no board of directors...and the lack of a registration statement meant that PIPE investors had to bang their heads against the wall trying to get the restrictive legend removed from their shares.
